Swear Mo must have have been fiddiling for about 2 hour tonight and it was starting to get on my tits!

Jade was on the laptop in the livingroom and he took it off her so she could get her dinner.

Unbeknownst to him her teddy 's (A Hannna Montana one HE got her from the bear factory and comes with a free necklace it wears) Knecklace had caught on the laptop and pulled the S button off.

So he spent the next 2 hours trying to put it on again, to no avail!

I kept saying "Is that not really annoying u now?"

"No, I know how to get it on, it's just getting it on"

"I, right!"  So i just left him to it.

I was waiting for him to get like the angry man on "Chewin the Fat" and through the thing through the window, but he did'nt!

Probably cause it's his laptop

OHHH!  Just had Testosterone flying everywere in the house there!

Mo had went into the carpet shop the other day and complained about the carpet fitter and his shoddy work.

They sent 2 men out to look at it and Mo was argueing with themAs u can see the stripe on the left hand side starts out right next to the bannister.Then by the time it gets to my bedroom door it has kicked out 2 n a half inches.This is it from my bedroom door.Plus when they were fitting it, the guy could'nt get the wee cupboard door open cause we had taken the handle off to paint it. They said that the walls are running off, but Mo was like "They don't run off that much, how come measuring between the banister and wall it's 900mm and at the bedroom door it's 900mm, u can clearly see it is kicking out, so does that mean the banister is running off as well?" "If i had known they would have fitted it like this, i would have just bought the carpets off yous and got someone myself to fit it" I was in the kitchen and Natalie was in her room and she sent me a message on MSN saying "Mum, OMG!" and a wee laughing guy because there was raised voices (mostly Mo's) One of the guys was an old guy and he walked out! Mo said he is still not happy and the guy said he would phone his area manager, so we will see what happens. :) xx Click pics to make big! :)

Went out with big sis today she was buying sweets n stuff to make up bags to give to the kids that come to the door, went to Tesco and the damage £140 odd quid and not 1 message in the trolley.

Then she said, "I will just go into this shop and get a wig for Jonathan cause he wants to dress up as a schoolgirl.
Then she starts picking up all sorts of decorations n stuff  so that was another £74 quid "Sheesh!"

Swear u go into Asda with her for bread n milk and she comes out with a trolley full of stuff, just as well her man owns 3 shops, well for now anyway!  The rate she goes at maybe not for much longer, he has already told her to stop spending!

Swear, see when she is on a roll, u can literally see smoke coming off the credit card
Don't u know there is a fuckin ressesion in the wind woman!

She is going to Marks tomorrow to get the party food in and she always buys too much, she just keeps saying "Ock, I'll get this just incase"

Well at least i will get well fed on Friday night anyway xx

I don't know what is wrong with me tonight but i do feel knackered, i have been out in the car on a total of

1. School run
2.College run
3.Pick up from college (She had a 2 hour lunch)
Went out with my sister for a while
4.Pick up from school
5.Pick up from college
6.Take to doctors then drop off at work
7.Take Jade to Brownies
8.Pick Natalie up from work and go get take-away for dinner
9.Pick jade up from Brownies
10.Went to Asda
11.Come back from Asda

But twice, when i dropped Jade off at Brownies and when  i was coming back from Asda.
I forgot to put my headlights on!!!
Luckily the first time, the Brownies is just round the corner but Asda is a 10 min drive and it was a Black Hac in front of me that put his hazzard's on and i thought "Why is that numptey doin that? Maybe his lights are faulty and they come on sometimes,but then he did it again and i just looked down and realised OMG!
Imagine if i had been pulled by the cops.
"Well thank u Mr taxi driver, u don't get many courteous taxi drivers, think they are a bit of a dying breed.
Oh and i had to get petrol anawl xx

Took some pictures of some trees at Natalies college, it is not the big college she goes to on a Mon, it's an annex and they have a Horticultural bit in it, it is just down the road from the house. I was a really good hoosewifey today.
I cleaned all the white tiles in the kitchen today (on his masters orders!)
Just glad it's only tilted half way up!
With that stuff the guy is always shoutin about (Cilit Bang)
Then i just thought, i may as well do the kitchen doors and cupboard doors etc, etc  (remind me not to think the next time!)
My back is friggin killing me! and my head was "Banging!" don't know if it was the fumes or not.
That will teach me to be smart next time! xx

I stated making my costume tonight, my younger sister came up for a while so i roped her into helping me.
And the truth be told, it looks crap basicaly!
Need some insparation, maybe once i do some more work on it, it might be alright.
Aw well it's only for a laugh anyway, it will get binned or thrown in a cupboard somewhere after Halloween.
It's up to my older sisters that night, glad she is'nt makin her lasagne, it's crap and she knows i don't like it, everybody else thinks it 's delish (blegh!) 
Think she is getting party food from Marks!

Jade has her Halloween disco at Brownies tomorrow night and i have just realised, i need something to put in her hair,  seems that Geashia Girls have Kanzashi (dangily flowers) and Bira Bira (other hair ornaments) in their hair. (looked it up  on the internet)
Too late to order them off the internet now, will have to improvise, maybe chopsticks or something, but knowing me i will probably trawl the shops tomorrow to get something suitable.
She said she does'nt want her lips the way they have them, with just a wee bit of lipstick in the middle xx

I don't know about you but doin that school/college run stresses me out on a Mon morning.
Because when i take Jade,  there is a school right next to hers and it they are building a new one on the same site, but they are not too bad there, they sort of wait untill after 9 before they have all the construction vehicles milling about.
 It's the parents cars!
We were 5 mins late (no surprise there) and because in the street all cars are parked on the one side, if u get caught while everybody is coming out u have to wait ages for someone to let you go, me n Jade must have sat and about 20 cars went past and i was sitting in the middle of a T junction before someone had the courteousy to pull into the side and let me go, and even when we are on time it's a nightmare trying to get a parking space, the parents from the other school are even parking in the Chapel car park.

Then it's down to Natalies college and yip u guessed it, they are building a new college on the same site, but this time the costruction vehicles are whizzing all over the place so it is like wacky races with taxi's and all the other traffic coming into the colege and to get a parking space would be like a miracle.

PHEW! Think i need a lie down xx

Went to buy myself a new jacket today.

I got a red parka and it will keep me nice and warm when i go to Edinburgh!

I like my warmth, think cause i don't have a lot of meat on my bones, i feel the cold too easy.

Mo will probably say it's horrible but i don't care, he has crap taste anyway

I picked up a big long grey cardigan as well, so i could even wear that too and i will be well toasty,

It is always blowin a gale in Edinburgh when i go so i will be well prepared, someone told me it is always windy because it is in a valley, do'nt know  if thats true or not but still "I laugh in the face of the cutting wind and piercing rain! WAH HA HA HA!"

Then when i  was just about to go home, my sister phoned me and said "Can u come up and make Demi's skirt for Halloween cause u are better at using the sewing machine than me"

I really did'nt want to cause it was dinner time and it was pouring, but being the loyal sister i am i went up.

She is dressing up as Barbie and wanted a sraight pink skirt with a big bow on the back, it was just as well it was stretchy material if it was'nt it would have been harder, so managed to run something up for her.

I knew i would be needing the sewing machine to do my costume so i brougt it home with me, bought Jade a McDonalds on the way home so i just had medium fries for my dinner, we got home about 9 o'clock, so now i can relax and catch up on the blog. xx

Someones car is stuck under the railway bridge round the corner from my house.
It has been raining heavily all day and it's stuck in the water, it always gets flooded there in heavy rain.
I went out and got soaked to take a picture and when i came back, they were too dark and u could'nt see anything "Bugger!"
There is a river running down our street and the road is full of water, hope it does'nt get any worse or we will be flooded out!
It hits us  the worst because we are at the bottom of a wee hill and so is the railway bridge.

I then realized there is a "Night" setting on the camera, i am such a plonker!
So i will brave the elements once more and go out after my dinner to take another picture,
That is if the Fire Brigade have'nt been alrady and cleared it.

Jade and I carved a pumpkin tonight, well jade drew the face :)) This is it with the light on,This is it with the light off. The wee light inside it is'nt a candle, it's a wee battery opperated one i got from the pound shop and it changes colour! Much safer than a tealight candle. Forgot how messy pumpkins were! :)) xx

One time i was an old woman (No offence meant cause i know they are not happy with the Woolworth masks)
When my sisters door went, i would open it as an old women  with a funny voice and say " AYE WIT IS IT? AVE NAE MONEY, I'VE ONLY GOT MY PENSION TO LIVE ON, SO DON'T  BE EXPECTIN SWEETIES AFF ME!"

Me and natalie had to go to the dentist for check up's this morning but luckily we were both fine "Phew!" 

Then went to tour the costume shops trying to get Natalie a Policewoman costume, but it had to be a certain one, the one that was a jumpsuit  (she is a pain!)

Managed to get it in the second one we went in and luckily it was the last one and the guy gave me a discount cause a bit of the seam had come away, but i will fix that easy enough!  So instead of paying £35, he gave me it for £20, brillliant!  She is going to have a cold arse wearing this!

I am going to be a fairy cause i already have the wings, i had ordered them for jade last year and when they came they were adults so she could'nt  use them.  He had fairy costumes but i did'nt rally like them, a bit too revealing for me, i like my heat .  So we crossed over the road to a material shop and i bought material to make mines.Just have to figure out how to put it together now . We had the carpet fitters in yesterday and that's the stair/landing/bedroom carpets down but they were as helpfull as a chocolate fireguard.

Mo had phoned to ask how they were getting on and i said "I don't know, i've been in the kitchen all the time" He was nearby so he popped in. He was'nt pleased. They had'nt carpeted the full bottom stair.He asked the guy why they had'nt done it and the guy was like "You dont carpet that stair fully, it's a feature stair, you are only supposed to paint it"

I right, that was the reason i did'nt paint it in the first place, fuckin Feature Stair! Mo said "Well sorry mate but i want it fully carpeted" "I'll see what i can do but that carpet is hard to bend because it has a stripe through it" he said then he headed up the stair and on the way up i heard him say "And it makes my job a lot harder" I don't know if Mo heard him but i did'nt  say anything but felt like saying "So what the fuck are we paying you for then?" Asshole!

So Mo left and about half an hour later they were finished, they came downstairs and had a bit of carpet. He popped his head in the kitchen and said "Can i show u this?" I went out and he said "I dont have a piece of carpet wide enough to do this stair" Then he said "The last guy fully carpeted this stair?" "Yes" "Was this bannaster here?" "Yes" "MMMM!"

So he said "Tell your man if there is any problems to phone the shop and if he goes in and buys a bit of carpet about 3 feet wide i can come and fit it for you" I felt like saying "He's just spent over £500 for this carpet, don't think he will be very happy having to fork out more cause u could'nt be arsed doing it in the first place" So i paid them and they left. They had made some mess too, did'nt even ask for a bag to put all there offcuts in, we won't be using them again anyway! Click pic to make big.Trina :) xx

Thats the painting done, thank f***k, everything has been painted in the livingroom and up the stairs and landin.
Our livingroom is quite long because it has a bit for the dining table and with us havin to give it 3 coats we went through 10 litres of paint.
Then i glossed all the skirtings and facia's and all up the sides of the stairs, but it takes me twice as long because i'm a bit of a perfectionist and even puting the masking tape down had to be to presition! "humpf"

I washed the 2 sets of vertical blinds and washed the windows and put them back up, one of the windows is a picture one so that was a bit of a pane!

The stair/hall/bedroom  carpet is getting fitted on Wed, but as usual Mo has had a brainstorm and has decided to put a light in some of the stairs, he is doing that tomorrow.

Just remembered he wants me to wash down the banaster posts and give them a coat of clear varnish, but there is only 4 so that should 'nt take long, oh! and the 2 window ledges.

Some sad news though!  In all the busyness i have been having, i did'nt change Jades fish and one of them was dead today, it was the one, think it was Missy Mouse who named it "Nemo" that snuffed it so Jade was none to happy.

I used to think being a Decorator was an easy job, my eyes have been well opened! xx

My sister came down tonight to pick up Popi, and Roy's shoes, the ones she asked me to get heeled and soled for him, fuck he`s only a wee guy he must pace a lot of carpet to wear them down, sayin that he run's a buisness so i supose that gives him reason too!

She told me that on the way home on the plane,Curtis (2 year old) cried for a solid 2 hours, (feel sorry for everybody else on the plane)

so they put something on the DVD player that he likes and quietens him down only for the stewerdess to ask if they can turn it down as it was disturbing the woman behind them, well if she likes a kid crying all the time then no bother???????

So my sister goes and changes his nappy (Only a wet one) in the toilet, and he refuses to put another one on.

Fuck it , to keep him quiet she leaves the nappy off and he is in the middle isle and then the next time my sister turns round.............he has done a BIG shit right in the isle.

OMG! She scoops it up with baby wipes and puts it in a nappy sack!

I said "Did anyone see?"
She said "I don't know?"

Would have been worse if they had rolled the trolley over it! x

Well wee Popi goes home tonight, my sister has just phoned me from the airport askin what fags i smoke, she must be gettin me them for watching Popi.

Must say she was no problem and did'nt even have 1 accident.  The week has flown in right enough, probably because i have been busy decorating.  Had to rush to the coblers this morning as i had a pair of shoes my sister had asked me to get heeled for her and i completely forgot all about them.

Must admit, Popi was freaking me out a bit sometimes, i got up last night and went to the toilet to have a fag and she was looking at thin air and her head was darting back n forth as if she could see something, i hate it when she does this in the room, it's as if she can see something i can't ie: Ghosts, Don't know what she was seeing but it freaked me out anyway.

So it will be back to her dried pellets for food, cause when she is here i give her chicken n other stuff, she even likes kebab meat I gave her a slice of cooked bacon for her breakfast, my sister says when she comes back from being at mine she always has a wee fat belly.

Jade will miss her and i have even gotten used to her being here but it has'nt persuaded me to get one of my own, Mo would never have it anyway.Click pic to make big! xx

I am absoloutley cream crackered, all i have been doing for the past 2 days is paint the living room and upstairs hall and landing, well i say paint but i was doing the "cutting in" as u call it so Mo could do the rollering.

I did it yesterday and when i started it today i thought " that is going to need 2 coats", friggin 2 coats try 3! That was him bloody buyin Jasmine white paint and the walls we are covering were a light toffee colour.

Then i had to take down all the vertical blinds and steep them in the bath.

I thought it was a good idea when he said, "We will just give the Livingroom a coat of paint, since the hall n stair carpet is gettin fitted next Wed, I could choke him now!  The last time i did this much work...........well i can't remember, i kind of shy away from that kind of thing

So far i've only done downstairs, well 1 coat upstairs so that's what i will be doing tomorrow, if i can move.

His big idea was "get Natalie n her pal to help" Em "No thanks, i would rather It was done properly"

His (Baby) 42 inch telly had to come off the wall tonight, luckily Mark the joiner was here tonight to change the front door panel cause I would not be able to help him.

Natalie has been waiting for about 2 months for a pair of shoes to be dristibuted in Primark.
Her freind has started working there and phoned her today to tell her they had gotten them in.
So it was a mad dash into town for her to purchase them before they were all sold  out!

Was  at the hospital yesterday with Jade on a follow up appointment cause her vitamin D levels have been low.
The doctor is a really nice guy and because Jade is a fussy eater he is trying to get her to try new foods.
So he came up with this,
He drew up a kid on contract that he and Jade signed, that Jade has to try one different food each week and if she eats more than 3 spoonfulls, she gets a star.
Jade was well up for this cause he said at the end of it her reward would be to get a toy from us.
Last night she tried Lasagne for the first time, she eat the pasta and mince but didn't like the cheese sauce.
Now she has her first star.
Wonder how i could get her to try Sardines, cause oily fish is a good source of vit D xx

Well it turns out OUR! council as in South Lanarkshire Council in Glasgow had 7.5 million in one of those Icelandic banks.
So for 1. the council tax will definately be on the increase!
2. I will probably end up havin to take my own crap to the dump!
3.Any potholes i will have to fill in with dirt and stones from the garden!
4.With the amount of rain we got today, i'll probably be canoeing it down to Tesco cause no one will come n clear the drains!
5. Jades school is the last on the list to be rebuilt, so it probably aint gonna happen.

My sister went to Tenerife this morning so i am watching her wee dog "POPI"
She is a Maltease and is a lovely, placid wee thing.
She just wants to sit in ur lap all the time and get clapped.
My sister has 4 kids so she doesn't get spoiled as much as she does when she is here.

Looks like they have been having a rat invation and now its a bedbug invation.

I know they are common place but to think of being invaded by them makes it worse.

The Pest Controllers have had an increase of 2 calls a week about bedbugs to 12 calls a week.
They have treated everything from 5 star hotels to hostels,millionaires' houses to student digs.

Managed to get Jade to school for 10 past 9.

I recieved a letter this morning from the lawyers that are dealing with my claim for whiplash that i got when i was in the crash.
They are sending me to a medical expert for an examination!
WTF!  It happened in May.
How can they asess me now that i don't have symptoms anymore?    Trina xx

Well as u know the bathroom is nearly finished, but last night Mo announced "I've had an idea!"

"I am going to put a TV in the bathroom" he said.

I'm off soon to go to lunch at the Chinese Restaraunt we go to every month, i am absolutley starving my stomache has been growling all morning but i refused to eat anything cause if i did then i wouldn't eat my lunch, Suzanne will be there so it will be all talk about her party and how WONDERFULL it was, she is a bit melodramatic this woman, i can take her in small doses. It's all kissing and cuddling when she sees you and when u are leaving, fuck off i don't want to kiss and cuddle u. Aw well my pal Linda will be there so it is alright. I've just finished building up Natalies new computer desk, i'm not too bad at doing things like that.
Natalie was helping me, well i say helping but..................she was screwing the handle on a drawer and was taking ages, i looked and said "Natalie your unscrewing instead of screwing" I don't know? She was in fits of laughter and said "I was wondering why it was taking so long"
I built up Natalies new double bed and Jade used to have one of those midi sleeper beds that had a shute, i built that up too, so i can be quite handy at some things.  Trina xx

Don't know where that came from, but there u go!
She has complained of it being itchy and has actually made it bleed before (skin cancer n all that)

 But the site i was on wasn't letting me so i went on to other sites and they were telling u to installl stuff, Dix something and zango or zongo, fucked if i know so i did, still couldn't get on to it, then the computer comes up they are medium risk of virusis do u want to uninstall, why YES of course.
 So i did but now i keep getting pop-ups n all kind of crap and the lappy has already asked to shut down and restart, but think i have probably let all sorts of gremlins in "Oh dear"
Aw well think Mo will have to sort it tomorrow, funny cause it scans itself and today it said there was no virus's or anything on it, 200 n odd warnings though, just wish this thing could make the dinner, then i would be well sorted.

Only another few things to do and the bathroom will be finished (Thank Feck!)
Mo and Bernie (Plumber) put the heated towel rail on after draining the central heating then filling it up again once it was on.
I had one look and thought to myself "That thing is far to big for this bathroom"
So Mo continues to put the illuminated mirror up and says "what do u think?"
"Yeah, thats lovely" all the time thinking stupid towel rail is too big.
Next morning, i get a text from mo saying "I don't like that towel rail, it's too big and overpowers the wall, i'm going to change it"
Felt like saying "I could have told u that u plonker!" But thought against it.
This is after drilling holes in the new tiles to put it up in the first place.
"What about the holes that will be left?" I asked.
"Oh, its alright, i'll just fill them in with putty" he said kiddin on.
"I, that will be right, i want the tiles replaced" I said
"Your worse than some of the bloody customers" he laughed.
"Well, i like to get my money's worth" I said.
So that night, Bernie was back to drain the heating once again, take the rail back off and the tiles were replaced, i was sent to B@Q to pick up the adhesive and grout  AND more clear varnish, the saga continues    Trina xx
(Bernie went away with the towel rail so he was quite happy, said he is going to put it in his bedroom, Yeah whatever turns u on. )

I was good the other night, I varnished all the new doors (since the painter has gone awal)
I thought Mo has been doing everything else so i'll help out a bit.
I had 6 to do and it did take me a good few hours, mind u i was having quite a few fag breaks
By the time i was nearly finished the 5th one, my arm and hand was actually shaking with exertion, and my back was killing me.
Mo said "Just leave the rest till later"
"There's only 1 more to do,may as well finish it" I said
That is one of my pet hates i like to finish something once i start it
Eventually sat down at about 10.30pm.
Mo said "Thats good, I'll have to sand them down and then all they need is another 2 coats and another sand in between"
I thought i am going to be stiff in the morning, but surprisingly i was fine.
Just another 2 coats to go "GROAN!"   Trina xx
