i am going on about this halloween party on saturday,
I just hope it goes ahead,
Because my sis had to go to the docs with her arm,
She has had a wee lump thing on it for years the decided to squeeze it the other day,
Just before she went into the swimming with her wee yin, (by doing this she infected it)
It started to feel really sore after that and she said it was like a knife being stuck into her arm,

She went to the docs and the nurse said it was a serbaucious cyst or something and gave her antibioltics,
But today it had ballooned and was all red and angry looking and she could hardly move it,
she went to the docs and when she went in he said "OH! my that must be really painfull"
she has Cellulitus!
The doc drew an ink circle around it and said "If the redness goes beyond the pen mark,go straight to casualty as you will have to go on a penicilin drip"
He gave her 2 strong courses of antibiotics to take and said she really must rest it,
"I have 4 kids how am i supposed to do that?" she said,
"Well try!  but you are lucky because if this had happened years ago it would have carried you off!"
Sounds like a nice doc?????He is one of thes old feckers that your leg has to be hanging off before he believes there is anything wrong with you,
She said it seemed to be going down a bit so here is hoping but what a shame she is feeling shit and is still going to have this party,
I had to laugh as the air has been blue all day cause even when she moved it it was so painfull,i kept telling her to take painkillers,
And it is like a becon to the kids cause they always seem to hit it by accident of course xx

That's me finished my halloween costume,
I tried it on and Natalie and Jade think it is good,
We will see how the others like it on the night,

Went visiting today with big sis,
It was to visit my Dads uncle who is the last in the line of the old yins on my dads side,
He is a lovely guy and is so like my papa it is freaky (well he is his brother)
This visit was long overdue, like years and we always promised at every funeral we attended that we would come and see him,

It was his daughter i met a few weeks ago and she said "Tell that sister of yours to phone me it has been ages since my dad has seen yous"
So i kept reminding her to phone,
They only stay like 10 mins away from me how bad is that ,
Anyway we went and it was lovely,my dads uncle is 84 and is in the early stages of dementia,but today he was fine,
His wife is as irish as the Blarney stone and she is a lovely woman,sadly she is in the early stages of alzheimers and is a bit forgetfull,
Their daughter is brilliant and is always there helping out or runing them to hospital appts etc
she must have asked her daughter to put her earing in for her about 20 times but apart from that she was fine,

Had a lovely lunch and the daughter kept trying to get me to eat more

Lots of old pictures were looked at and old stories told,some of the family in Ireland as my dads name was "Coyle",
Their daughter is a gem and was close to my dad when they were growing up and she kept going on about how lovely he was,him and my mum,
She gave us a picture of my mum and dad that she had got 3 copies made of, one for each of us,how nice was that and another couple that we will get copied ourselves of my dad when he was young,
Her brother was there to and he is a really nice guy to and we found out he fosters kids now,
So it has been arranged the daughter and her brother are coming up to big sis's house next Thursday for a visit,me as well of course , but because it will be during the day she will not get to see the kids, so another date will be arranged to go to her brothers house one Sunday where all the family usually gather and it will be great ,

The daughter is one of these really bubbly people that is always laughing and chatty and just makes you feel good,
I came away and i felt really uplifted and happy and if she has this affect all the time i think i will definately be visiting more xx

P.s. Meant to say she was waiting to hear word anytime about her becoming a granny for the second time and she said she would let us know

My big sis has this pal!
We have all known her since we were wee (she stayed round the corner from us)
One day she drove past my sisters house and stopped because she recognised us,
Turns out she stays up there to,
That was over 2 years ago and they have been thick as theives since,

Now she introduced a pal of hers to my sis and just recently as in the last 6 months,
My sis has been to this womans house for a cup of tea a couple of times,
My sisters pal doesn't like it,
She as much as said if you are pals with her then i am not your pal?
WTF is that all about,how can somebody tell you who to be pals with,
It has been a nightmare and upsetting my sister she has had sleepless nights and everything as she had grown really freindly with this woman,
I said she should tell her pal to fuck off she can't dictate who she wants to be friends with,

Then my sisters pal decided was going to have nothing to do with this woman as she had done this before and stole one of her friends of her,
But then we find out my sisters pal has been texting the woman like 4 times a day?????
And arranging to meet her without telling my sister???
This is a grown woman we are talking about,
I thought this kind of thing only happened in the playground,
I said they should call her "The puppet Master" cause it seems as if she is pulling all the strings with everybody,
My BIL has been callling her "The Guvnour"
If she says anything to upset my sis i will be saying something! xx

Not much happening here today,
Apart from Mo atacking the bathroom wall with a hammer and chisel,
Told him he should have hired a Kangol but what do i know
Swear he was banging away for a good few hours cause it is a brick wall,
The neighbours must have been pleased
Maybe we can get the bathroom finished now.............at last!
Made a massive chicken for dinner as i had my neice and Natalies pal here to,
It seemed to go down well especially as i made roast totties with it,
I don't go for sticking them in the oven,i par boil them then pop them in the chip pan ,

Went to visit an old friend of my sisters and mine,
It is because my big neice has been invited to sing again at the local radio's roadshow on Halloween in her local shopping centre and she was up to practice with our friends son who accomanied her on the guittar the last couple of times she has sang for the radio staion,
She is singing 4 songs this time and it will be to general shoppers instead of judges this time,the girl who won will also be there,
I am looking forward to it,then my sis is having a wee family Halloween party in her's like she does every year,
I am going to dress up as night and day,
Don't know how that will turn out but watch this space xx

Last night we emptied Jades room in order for her carpet to get fitted tonight,
So her bed was dismantled and her old mattress put in the garage,
Everthing else was put in either Natalies room or mine,
We put her big dolls house in our room under the window next to my side of the bed,

When i go to bed at night i don't switch the room light on cause it would just wake Mo up,
I went in last night and forgot the stupid dolls house was there and stubbed my toe a cracker off it,
He wasn't sleeping for long after that i can tell you xx

i always ask Natalie how she got on in college that day.
But more than a few times she will say "i start late tomorrow because my teacher is doing this or that,"

Then she says I'm not in this day or i finish early cause my teacher is doing a university course,"
She even told me one of her teachers left and went to give blood then came back?????????????
WTF??????????
If the students are there aren't the teachers supposed to give their full time to teaching them?
I think she has between 1 to 3 teachers in different aspects of the course,

I am not happy with this mismanagement! xx

You know how when kids come home from school you rumage through their school bags to see if they have any letters,
Well i do cause Jade forgets to tell me sometimes,
I came across a booklet thing it was a standards and quality report of Jades school,
Normaly i just leaf through things like this but i read this one and on one page it had a table of averages of how the kids in this school preformed compared to the whole region,
I was pleased with what i read,

This wee flower is in my garden and it came from a tub i bought that you just sprinkled into the soil,
It was a tin with cottage garden flower seeds in it,
There was quite a few varieties in it and i didn't think any would flower but quite a few diferent ones came up,

Jade went to school in tears this morning,
Worrying about her maths work,
Because she still doesn't know all her tables,
She has been practicing but i think she wants to learn them all at once,
I wrote a note in her homework jotter,
Think that reassured her a bit,
It breaks my heart to see her like that xx

Went up to my sisters today and we decided to take the kids to the park near her to feed the ducks/swans,
You were lucky if there was 6 swans there, i said she should have went to the park near me there is always loads,
And her swans were really stand offish never even came right up to you for the bread,
The ones at my bit nearly take your hand off ,
Then we let them have a go on the swing park but boy was it baltic,i could have done with my big furry hat ,
Was glad to get back to the car and her house for a cuppa,

Jade hijacked the lappy to play a game tonight or i would have been on earlier,

Another thing i really need to brush up on my toddler speak,how was i to know he wanted me to catch him xx

What a blinking night i had last night ,
I thought i would have an early night so i was in bed by 12pm and for me that is early,
But i kept waking up every couple of hours and my full body was rigid with tension,
My shoulder and arm were aching it was as if i had been pressing them into the mattress with  full force,
The first time i woke up i was still awake over half an hour later,
Grrrrrr Not had one like that for a while,
Then i never heard the alarm this morning so i slept in xx

Driving back from Tesco tonight there was a car in front of me that had a young couple in it,
Every time we stopped at a red light or in traffic,
Thier heads would come together or one would reach over to the other and they would have a snogg!
To me it looked as if they were a young couple that had just set up home together,
They had a washing basket sticking up in the back seat,
At first i though "Aww ain't than nice!"

BUT EVERY BLOODY TIME! GET A ROOM!
They were in front of me most of the way home
I was waiting for her head to dissapear altogether "ahem" xx

I am so bored "Meh!"
Been lookng for a film to watch and the one i am watching is taking soooooo long to download, it keeps stopping and i hate that ,
I blame my young sis,
She is up at big sis's watching her kids cause she is away to see "Spadeau Ballet" tonight (she is watching Jade to cause she is up there as well)
I said Natalie had 4 pals in and they were all getting ready to go out to the town to a nightclub,
"Why don't you go with them" she said,
"I, right think i am a bit old to go out with 5, 18 year olds" I said,
"No your no! Just go" she said, (this is the one who still thinks she is 18)
Me "No money"
Her "Aw well your goosed then"
Now i wish i could have gone xx

Now i am a hardened Horror Film watcher,
There isn't much in them nowadays that scares me or shocks me,
But i watched one the other night and i must admit it was, well, a bit distrurbing sorta,
I can't explain it, i don't know how it made me feel,it was weird,
Let's say it made me cringe from the start,
The middle was a bit slow,
But all in all i thought it was a good horror (if you like that kind of thing)
Oh and it was called "Seed"
It was a kinda crap copy i was watching but think i will go and buy the real one and watch it again,
Don't watch if you are under 18! xx

Yip it had to be done,
Mo put one strip of wallpaper up in jades room and because there was wallpaper behind it that had a ripple in it,
You could see it through the new paper,
Jade said it was fine but i am a perfectionist and thought "No! It has to come off"
So that is what i have been doing tonight........stripping,
And singing along to 80's music on the radio  xx

Mo is currently in the bedroom putting up my new long awaited for light,
It better be nice or he's getting a boot in the swingers ,
Jade is watching and will shout on me when it is done,
He came down and said the thing weighs a ton,
See if it falls ontop of me during the night
Oww! I wish they would hurry up i still need to go to Tesco,
Maybe it will be done by the time i get back xx

That's Jade and I just back from the dentist,
Just a wee clean and polish for me and he coated one of Jades baby teeth in this special stuff that helps stop it decaying to fast,
So that's us for another 6 months,
As soon as we had left Jade wanted chips, aw well at least it wasn't sweets. xx

Something "Old Nick" said to me reminded me of this,
When Jade was helping me paint she was using the roller on the walls and some sprayed in her eye,
When she had recovered she said to me "Mum i like rolling but it would be better if rollers did not spit!" xx

Just the ceiling to do and that is all the painting finished in Jades room,
Quite proud of myself since none managed to get transferred onto the hall/stair carpet,
Going to buy her a new quilt and pillows and a new set of curtains and get some stickers for the painted walls,
Wonder if Mo will do the papering tonight? xx

Mo text me yesterday and told me all his tools and his expensive drill had all been lost?
I phoned him and asked how,
Seems he had been up at my big sisters the night before, putting up her new cooker hood and when he finished he brought all his tools out and put them on the ground at the back of his car,
He then remembered he had letters to give to BIL (his boss) so he took them in first,
Came back out and jumped in the car forgetting he had left all his tools sitting on the ground

They had gone by the morning,

I did laugh inwardly for just a minute but when he said he would have to buy everything again i stopped,
Because i know this will be less money towards the kids Christmas presents
He had a lot of tools and i know they will cost a good few bob! xx

Note to self:-
It is never a good idea to let a 9 year old help you paint!

I have been busy lately,
Have finally started on Jades room,
That's all the toys sorted out with the majority going in the bin,
I even lifted her lamanate flooring today,
Then started taking all the flower stickers off her wall that i had painstakingly cut each one out and stuck on when she wanted her room like a castle
It made me a bit sad cause she won't be my wee princess in her castle anymore,
She will be a big girl in her room of hearts
Now i just need to get the paintbrushes out ,

Natalie has a Sally doll head, (like the miss world dolls head)
One the colllege has isued her with to do hairstyles n stuff.
Jade came apon it today and asked if she could play with it,
"I on you go" I said,
But when Jade brought it down it was in sections parted out with clips,
She took them all out and procceded to brush it's hair and put bobbles in it,
I did think for a minute,maybe they clips were in there for a reason,

Picked Natalie up from work at 8pm and mentioned it and she went ape shit,
"I have cut part or the hair and not the other!" she ranted!
"Well don't blame the wean blame me i gave her it to play with!" I said,
She did manage to salvage it when she came home
Think i will get Jade to play with my hair next time xx

Jade has been panicing for the past few days as she knew today the teacher was giving them a lot of maths work today,
She had actually worked herself into such a state she was crying this morning because she was going to school,
She says sometimes she doesn't understand the questions,
Again she was saying the teacher just shouts at her "Learn your times tables!"
I don't want my kid to be frightened to go to school because they don't understand maths,
So i have let her have the day off today,
It is parents night tonight so i will be asking what we can do to help Jade overcome her maths anxiety

I swear the price in these NCP car parks have went up,
I'm sure that the charge for 2-4 hours was £3.40 last time,
Today it was £4.30 Robbin Bastids!
And the car park i was in was an outside one and it was big enough to hold a good few hundred cars,
They must make some amount of money each day cause it is usually chocka,

We were quicker than i expected and when i came back there was still nearly 3 hours left on the ticket,
Usually there are a couple of homeless people wandering about asking if you have any time left on your ticket and if you give them it they sell it on to other people at a discount,
Maybe they just do it at the weekend as it would be busier,
Anyway i saw 2 guys parking and asked if they wanted my ticket and they said "Yes,thank you very much!"
So that was my good deed for the day xx

Went into town with Natalie as she was wanting to buy some thick tights and a couple of jumpers to put under her tunic she wears to college,
Swear you could spit through it it is so thin no wonder she is freezing,
She said she would treat me to lunch (KFC) after we were finished,
Turns out she ended up spending all the money she had and i had to even give her some,
So i had to buy her lunch,
Typical xx

Just to let yous know,i went to the docs with Natalie yesterday,
She was getting the last jag for cervical cancer,
While i was there i decided to ask the nurse if my chest x-ray results were back,
I was shitting myself,
I am glad it was her because she is a really nice nurse and not like that old witch of a receptionist,
She checked on the computer and she said " Nope nuthing wrong,the doc has writen that they are fine"
What a relief and the pain in my side is nearly away thank goodness xx

I had my youngest neice down on Sunday,
She is 6 months younger than Jade,
I had went to get Mo some halal chicken and the shop is a 10/15 drive away,
I was browsing and noticed Jade and Teri scattering rice every where like confetti,
The shop has a big bag of rice sitting that you can take the amount you need instead of buying a bag,
They wee bams had been taking handfulls and throwing it about,
I scolded them for it,
Then when we came out they were giggling and laughing and i noticed Jade had her hand in her pocket,
"Look Mum,look what we have" and she pulled put one of those wee skinny chillies,
Teri had one to,
I was livid, "Do you know that is stealling" I said,
"But there was lots of them" Jade said,
"I don't care,they are not yours to just take,don't you ever do that again!" I said,
Then they burst them open and i told them if they touch their eyes or mouths they will be in agony and i made them throw them away,
Halfway home Jade starts sticking her tounge out and making noises,
"Did you touch your mouth"
"Yes and now it is nipping" she said,
"Well that will teach you,that is God getting you back" I said xx

(The last time we were in New Look and the 2 of them came out and had bits of jewlery in their pockets,
I don't believe Jade would do something like this if she was on her own so i think my neice is a bad influence on her )

Was dropping bags of at Jades school this morning as they are collecting bags of clothes and the school gets money back based on the weight,
As i was driving away i noticed a car parked at a nearby house and someone had dumped a full can of paint all over it,
Wonder if the person has seen it and what they did to deserve it xx

Natalie is getting her hair done today,
Not satisfied with the clip in etentsions,
She is going to get them weaved in
I went with her to book the appointment and it is in a Hairdressers run by Afro Carabean people,
There was a wee girl about 4 running about and she was soooooooo cute,
I couldn't help smiling at her (unusual for me)
Her appointment is for 3 and i would love to go with her and see how it's done,
They said it will take less than an hour,
But Jade has dancing at 4.30 up near my big sisters so I will see if i can go for a wee while xx

When i picked Jade up from school on friday i asked if she had a school dinner or her packed lunch?
I  give her money incase she fancies something they are having that day,usually it is just the pizza or chicken curry she has,
She said they had fish fingers (well i should have know that, it being a catholic school n all)
"Mum they were rubbish not like the way you make them your's are much nicer" she said,
Then she hit out with "Can you come in one day and show them how to make your potatoes too"
Jamie Oliver eat your heart out!
Maybe this is my true calling,to go in and show these dinner ladies how it's done xx

I phoned my pal to see how her mum was (she has months to live)
I! a know it is late but i knew she would be up.
She just told me she will have to phone me back and she seemed quite agitated!
I am worried???? xx

I talk to my nephew on MSN sometimes and kid him on,
Tonight i knew he was going to a party till 11pm he is 13,
Sometimes he is up on a school night and i msn him "Get to bed!"
Tonight i asked him "Did you have a drink?"
I got the reply "I'm only 13"
Then "alcky"
I was so takin a'back it shocked me and i ended up in floods of tears,
Then my nephew sent me a message saying it was his pals the were messing about and sent me that message,
I was still sad xx

I am putting things off!
I am still getting pain in my right side ribs and under my boob,
When i cough,
I am so tempted to google symptoms of lung cancer but i am refusing,
I took the antibiotics and it helped  but
My doctor told me he was going on holiday and would not get the results of my chest xray till he came back,
Which would be a month,
Well it has been a month think, on Monday and i could have phoned up and got the results before as they said 2 weeks but the receptionist, well one of them is a smarmy cow and i would just think it would give her pleasure in saying "Well sorry to tell you Mrs McNeill you have lung cancer and you have 6 months to live!"
Well fuck you bitch i would rather hear it from the doc and then crumble,
Well would I?

Those of you that know me know i have a screwball young sis,
Who is a kick in the arse of 40 but acts about 18,
She is a bit of a nymph and not afraid to talk about her sexual experiences but she makes it sound so funny all we do is laugh,
She was telling us about her weekend at Blackpool last weekend and where she went etc,
I asked if she spent a lot of money and seems she did,
"What did you buy" I asked her,
"Oh the usual stuff,and paid to get pictures taken etc......Oh! and i did buy a new vibro"
She went on to say "It must be quite a powerfull one cause it was interfering with the telly!"
OMG! Me and my pal nearly wet ourselves laughing xx

Jade told me what her teacher said to her the other day,
She was correcting her work and questioned a wrong answer Jade had given,
Jade said "It is because it is so noisy in here (the class) that i can't concentrate"
The teacher said "There is always an excuse for you"
Cheeky bitch,well parent's night is coming up next Thursday night so i may have to question her about it????? xx

Was watching that programme tonight called "Britains Best Dish"
And they test 6 dishes,2 starters,2 main dishes and 2 desserts to see which is the best out of each catagory,
Well tonight the 2 desserts were "Deep fried Mars Bar and Irn Bru ripple icecream" or "Poached pears in wine"
Guess what won?
Yip the deep fried mars bar and irn bru icecream and one of the judges loved it,
